You can top up your Etnicom card by entering your card number in the Top Up section of the website and purchase credit online by PayPal or credit card. Otherwise, you can go to any SisalPay shop and give your card number to the operator to top it up by the denomination you want.
How do I check how much credit I have left?
To know the remaining credit, call 800 030 133, dial 9# and choose 1 from the menu.
How can I share my credit?
With Etnicom, you can share your credit with family and friends! All you have to do is provide them with your PIN. Their calls will be automatically deducted from your card’s credit.
How can I try Etnicom free of charge?
Call 800 933 333 from your mobile, and we will send you an SMS with a card code that includes the credit to try the service free of charge. Try it now and tell your friends!
How can I retrieve my PIN?
If you lose the PIN of your Etnicom card, call 800 030 133 from your mobile and press 9#. This way, you will retrieve your PIN, which will allow you to call even from a landline.
Will any service be charged to the SIM?
Etnicom has prepaid credit, which can be used with a free access call through the free phone number 800 030 133. Alternatively, to enjoy even better rates, you can access the service through local numbers. The call will be charged according to your rate plan.
If your plan includes free minutes for national calls, you can take advantage and use the local numbers. You can obtain many more minutes!
